Many of our animals have come to us as “rescues” from people who could no longer take care of them and often have been kept in poor conditions. Others are born on our farm or are from reputable breeders. We don't acquire “live caught” mammals and reptiles except as rescues and will not work with anyone we know to mistreat animals or who provides less than appropriate care.
We provide species-specific diets as necessary and regular veterinary care. All animals are vaccinated if required and are treated for parasites, etc., on a scheduled basis. Enclosures are regularly cleaned and fresh food and water is provided at all times.
